Julius Matthys

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Matthys was Vice President Corporate Affairs for the BHP Billiton Group in Western Australia until 30 June 2016. He has held senior roles in Iron Ore and Aluminium marketing with responsibility for global sales and customer relationships. From 2008 to 2011 he managed the Worsley Alumina Joint Venture between BHP Billiton, Japan Alumina Associates and Sojitz Corporation. Worsley Alumina is one of the largest alumina refineries in the world producing 3.5 million tonnes of alumina per annum. He is currently Chair of Doray Minerals Ltd, Chair of Council at John XXIII College, Perth and a Board Member at Celebrate WA. Mr Matthys was appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of Quintis on 3 April 2017.

Alistair Stevens

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Stevens joined TFS from ThinkSmart Limited, where he held the role of CFO and Company Secretary.  Prior to ThinkSmart, Mr Stevens served as Deputy CFO of BSkyB plc, one of the top 30 companies in the UK by market capitalisation.  In addition to his role as Deputy CFO of BSkyB plc, Mr Stevens sat on the Board of Directors of several UK companies and brings that extensive experience to this role.

Ian Ross Thompson

GM – Commercial Operations

A former senior executive of News Corporation, Mr Thompson is a former Managing Director of Community Newspapers Perth Print and the Super League Perth. Among his achievements was the building and commissioning of a $100 million printing works for Perth Print, a wholly owned subsidiary of News Corporation.

Quentin Megson

GM Operations and Corporate Services  

Mr Megson joined the TFS Group in January 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and in 2013 was appointed as GM - Human Resources and Communications.  In 2015 this role was expanded to GM Operations and Corporate Services.  Prior to joining TFS he was a partner in the tax and business services division of chartered accounting firm - Pitcher Partners.  He has been a chartered accountant for over 20 years as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Taxation Institute of Australia.
