Mr Burwash has over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector working for companies including Boston Australia Ltd, J B Were and Sons and Prudential Bache. He has expertise in investments, commercial transactions, corporate advice, financial product sales and corporate governance. Mr Burwash has also previously held his own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and has held the role of board member for another AFSL company. He sits on the board of two Not-for-Profit organisation, being Nulsen Disability Services and an Indigenous labour hire, recruitment and training company.

Steve Dixon, CPA

Independent - Non-Executive Director

Mr Dixon has more than 25 years of experience in funds management in both Australia and overseas, holding senior executive and director roles for a number of fund management groups. With experience with both retail and wholesale funds, he has wide-ranging expertise that includes managing listed property trusts, unlisted property trusts, managed investment funds, life insurance, superannuation and agricultural based products. In 2004 Mr Dixon established Macro Funds which operate under it’s own Australian Financial Services Licence. Macro Funds undertakes a number of funds management activities in its own right and provides consulting services and joint-venture funds management to other groups. He has particularly strong skills in financial management, administration, compliance and fund raising activities, with a focus on representing the best interests of investors. Mr Dixon was a director of Lex Property Management Limited from Aug 2005 to Dec 2018 and until May 2019 was on the board of Macro Capital Ltd.

JULIUS MATTHYS, B.Com UWA

Executive Director

Mr Matthys has significant executive experience having spent 36 years’ in the resources sector. He has held senior executive roles including President Worsley Alumina JV, Marketing Director BHP Iron Ore, Alumina and Aluminium. He has worked in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and The Netherlands. He is currently Chair of Council at John XXIII College. Mr Matthys was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Quintis on 3 April 2017.
