Mr Burwash has been involved in the financial sector for over 35 years, specifically in the areas of equities, property investment, commercial transactions, corporate advice, governance and financial product sales.

As an experienced and proven Financial Services professional, Mr Burwash possesses a wide range of skills in the development, marketing and distribution of financial services products. This experience was gained by working in the investment banking and stockbroking industries with Boston Australia Ltd, J B Were and Prudential Bache.  As well as previously holding his own Australian Financial Services Licence and sitting on boards of ASX listed companies and Not for Profit organisations. 

Steve Dixon

STEVE DIXON, B.Bus CPA

Mr Dixon has more than 25 years of experience in funds management in both Australia and overseas, holding senior executive and director roles for a number of fund management groups. With experience with both retail and wholesale funds, he has wide-ranging expertise that includes managing listed property trusts, unlisted property trusts, managed investment funds, life insurance, superannuation and agricultural based products. In 2004 Mr Dixon established Macro Funds which operate under it’s own Australian Financial Services Licence. Macro Funds undertook a number of funds management activities in its own right and provides consulting services and joint-venture funds management to other groups. He has particularly strong skills in financial management, administration, compliance and fund raising activities, with a focus on representing the best interests of investors. Mr Dixon was a director of Lex Property Management Limited from Aug 2005 to Dec 2018 and until May 2019 was on the board of Macro Capital Ltd.

Richard Henfrey Web

RICHARD HENFREY, MA, GAICD

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Henfrey recently concluded 10 years’ experience on the executive team of major publicly listed vitamin supplements business Blackmores, culminating in his appointment as CEO.

Mr Henfrey drove major change at Blackmores, particularly the significant move to become a manufacturer for the first time in the company’s history, and he oversaw the doubling of Blackmores supply chain capacity to meet extraordinary and sudden demand from China. His successful implementation of this strategy contributed to Blackmores’ net profit after tax for the 2016 financial year increasing by 115 per cent.

He has also worked in a managerial capacity at another prominent Australian business, Telstra, where he led a national specialist sales team of 160 sales professionals. He started his professional career in the UK telco industry.

Mr Henfrey has notably served as Board President of peak industry body Complementary Medicines Australia, and is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, holding a Master of Arts degree in Natural Sciences, specialising in genetics and molecular/cell biology.
