It recommends that you obtain a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and read it before making a decision to acquire an interest in the 2017 Retail Project. There is a cooling off period which applies in relation to the 2017 Retail Project, the details of which are summarised in the PDS on page 94.

A PDS for the 2017 Retail Project (ARSN 618 202 243) is available and was issued on 06 April 2017 by Sandalwood Properties Ltd, the issuer of interests in the 2017 Retail Project. The PDS contains important information about investing in the financial product referred to in the application form.
If you wish to apply for interests in the 2017 Retail Project you should:

The offer to subscribe for interests in the 2017 Retail Project is only made in Australia and New Zealand to persons receiving the electronic PDS within Australia or New Zealand. It does not constitute an offer of securities or financial products anywhere outside Australia or New Zealand.
No action has been taken to register or qualify the 2017 Retail Project or the offer of interests in the 2017 Retail Project in any jurisdiction outside Australia or New Zealand.
Interests in the 2017 Retail Project will only be processed and issued upon receipt of a completed application form that accompanies the PDS.
Anyone who receives an application form must not pass on the application form to any other person unless the application forms part of or is included in or is accompanied by the PDS and any supplementary document.
